The rock wool weighing and forming conveyor serves as the core equipment in rock wool production lines, integrating three key functions: dynamic weighing, quantitative conveying, and shape forming. It is widely applied in the automated production of rock wool boards, felts, pipes, and other products.
Automated Rock Wool Felt Production
Continuous Forming Process: Utilizes a variable-speed (0.01-40m/min) chain conveyor system integrated with a negative pressure suction device (vacuum level -30kPa) to produce rock wool felt with widths ranging from 1.2 to 2.4 meters, achieving density control accuracy of ±3%.
Integrated Roll-Wrapping: Seamlessly integrated with automatic rollers and film packaging machines, achieving full automation from forming to packaging with a production capacity of up to 1500m²/h.
