Product Description
The pleating and pressing machine sits before the curing oven for rock wool forming.
The pleating machine (crimping unit) longitudinally folds loose fiber felt via multi-stage adjustable roller groups, reorienting fibers vertically. It greatly boosts the board’s compressive strength and anti-delamination performance, with adjustable pleating ratios for diverse density requirements.
The downstream pressing machine further compresses pleated wool to target thickness and uniform density. Independent variable-frequency rollers allow quick gap adjustment; the whole frame can shift sideways for easy maintenance.
Both machines adopt synchronized PLC control, stable conveying speed and low failure rate, delivering consistent semi-finished wool ready for curing.
