If you already have a slag wool production line and want to expand into rock wool production, you only need to upgrade two core components without replacing the entire
equipment:
Furnace modification: Replace the refractory material of the furnace body with high-alumina type, install high-power burners, and increase the melting temperature to above 1500℃;
Centrifuge upgrade: Replace the heat-resistant alloy rollers and adjust the motor frequency to increase the rotational speed to above 4500 rpm;
Supporting adjustments: Optimize the batching system, add a basalt crushing process (crushing to 50-100mm), and upgrade the melt viscosity monitoring device.
