The Rockwool Drum-type Fiber Collector is one of the core pieces of equipment in the pendulum-type rock wool production process. Fibers fed from the fiber-forming system are drawn by the exhaust system and evenly deposited onto the mesh surface of the Rockwool Drum-type Fiber Collector, forming a preliminary mat. This preliminary mat is then conveyed by the mat-lifting system into the pendulum system.
The Rockwool Drum-type Fiber Collector primarily consists of a frame, a water-cooled fiber collection box, slag ball baffles, mesh plates, a hollow shaft, a slewing bearing, brush rollers, slag ball rollers, four sets of screw conveyors,inner and outer scraper conveyors, a mobile washing nozzle, a fiber-lifting system, and a high-pressure air drying and cleaning system.
