The rock wool curing furnace serves as the core shaping equipment in rock wool production lines. Curing Mechanism

Rock wool fibers, after being crimped and compressed, enter the curing oven carrying liquid binder. At temperatures between 180-220°C, the binder undergoes a cross-linking reaction, transforming from liquid to solid and bonding the loose fibers into a cohesive mass.

The “segmented temperature control” process is employed: - Preheating section (120-150°C): Evaporates moisture from the fibers. - Main curing section (180-220°C): Completes binder curing. - Cooling section (60-80°C): Lowers temperature for setting, preventing product cracking caused by sudden cooling from high temperatures.
