Product Features:
The Rockwool Curing Oven conveys uncured wool felt via upper and lower conveyor belts, applies pressure, and simultaneously blows hot air through the material to dry it, thereby curing the binder in the secondary felt to form a finished product of a specific thickness.

Product Structure:
The main body of the Rockwool Curing Oven consists of upper and lower conveyor belts. The distance between the upper and lower conveyor belts can be adjusted via a lifting mechanism to accommodate products of varying thicknesses. The interior of the curing oven is equipped with multiple sets of air chambers. Each air chamber, along with the chains and chain plates, features special sealing structures between the chambers and between the chain plates to prevent hot air short-circuiting and improve curing efficiency.
The main drive of the Rockwool Curing Oven consists of two separate drive systems, each powering the upper and lower conveyors, respectively.
To remove residual adhesive material from the conveyor belts, cleaning devices equipped with brush rollers are installed at the exit ends of both the upper and lower sections.
To accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, the main body of the Rockwool Curing Oven is mounted on foundation shims, allowing for free expansion. Chain lubrication is achieved through a fixed-point oil spray system.
