Product Description
The cupola furnace serves as the key melting unit for rock wool production, with an hourly capacity of 5~15 tons. It continuously melts basalt and other mineral raw materials using coke combustion. The high-temperature molten mineral is discharged to the fiber spinning centrifuge to produce rock wool fibers. Equipped with tuyeres, cooling water circuits and flow monitoring instruments, it supports long-term stable continuous operation for medium-scale rock wool manufacturing lines.
