Product Description
The core operating principle of the rock wool cupola furnace is “fuel combustion heat generation + layered melting of raw materials + molten material collection and discharge.” Through coordinated action across multiple furnace zones, solid raw materials are transformed into high-temperature molten material meeting fiberization requirements.
Water-cooling system: The furnace shell is constructed from boiler steel, internally fitted with spiral-wound copper water-cooled air inlets. Cooling water circulates naturally to reduce furnace wall temperatures, enabling continuous operation even during power outages.
Refractory Materials: The furnace lining uses high-alumina bricks or silicon carbide bricks with a service life of 6-12 months. Critical areas like siphon ports and molten iron outlets are sealed with specialized refractory mortar to prevent leakage.
Feeding System: Equipped with 8-12 independent hoppers, automatic batching is achieved via belt conveyors with precision controlled within ±1%.
