The Rockwool Cnc Flying Saw consists of a conveyor belt system and a cross-cutting unit, designed for the transverse cutting of rock wool boards or mats.
The conveyor belt system comprises a frame, rollers, a belt, and drive components; the frame is a welded structural framework made of shaped steel.

Product Features：
The cross-cutting unit is mounted above the conveyor belt and consists of a traveling carriage comprising a saw blade frame that moves laterally and a lower dust collection frame that moves longitudinally.
The lateral movement of the saw blade assembly is driven by a gear motor via a chain. Synchronization of the saw blade carriage with the production line and rapid retraction are achieved through an electromagnetic clutch and a retraction cylinder.
