Product Introduction
The Rockwool Board Splitting Machine is primarily used in the final stage of Rockwool Production Line Equipment, performing precise longitudinal or transverse splitting tasks. The machine achieves cold cutting through the high-speed rotation of a saw blade, preventing material deformation or carbonization caused by high temperatures. Its core structure includes components such as the frame, drive wheels, lifting frame, pressure rollers, stop plates, and adjustment rods. By rotating the adjustment rod to control the vertical movement of the lifting frame, the pressure roller is pressed tightly against the upper surface of the Rockwool board. Simultaneously, the stop plates secure both sides of the board, achieving three-dimensional positioning to ensure a smooth cutting process without deviation.
Applicable Industries
This equipment is often integrated with Rockwool scrap conveyors, cross-cutters, and laminators to form a fully automated production line, enabling integrated production from wool felt to finished boards.
