The Rock Wool Offline Slitting Machine is an automated device specifically designed to cut large-sized rock wool boards lengthwise into strips of predetermined widths. The Rock Wool Offline Slitting Machine features an “offline” design, meaning it is not directly integrated into the main production line but operates as a standalone station to perform secondary cutting on pre-formed rock wool boards. Through a high-precision sawing system, the equipment slits entire rock wool panels (typically 1200 mm wide) into multiple narrow strips (such as 50 mm, 100 mm, etc.) to accommodate various construction scenarios or subsequent lamination processes.
The core structure of the equipment includes:
Feeding System: Utilizes a variable-frequency controlled belt conveyor to ensure smooth feeding and support panels of varying thicknesses (50–200 mm);
Cutting Unit: Equipped with multiple carbide circular saw blades capable of performing multiple cuts in a single pass, with cutting speeds reaching 20–30 meters per minute;
Width Adjustment Mechanism: Manual or electric adjustment of saw blade spacing for convenient specification changes; minimum cutting width is 30 mm;
Dust Collection System: Built-in pulse-jet baghouse dust collector effectively captures rock wool fiber dust, improving the working environment;
CNC Control System: Some models are equipped with a PLC and touchscreen, supporting parameter settings, fault diagnosis, and production data logging.
