Product Description
The rock wool equipment production line is a complete set of continuous industrial equipment system that processes natural ores (basalt, diabase, slag, etc.) into rock wool products. It simulates the natural process of volcanic eruption and rock formation - melting rocks into magma like liquids at high temperatures, then high-speed spinning them into fibers, and finally solidifying them into sheets or felt materials.
Its essence is a "one-stop" automatic production line, which does not require manual handling of intermediate materials. The raw materials enter and the finished boards come out, and the entire process is connected by equipment:
-Input end: basalt, slag, dolomite and other minerals+fuel (coke, natural gas or electricity)
-Intermediate process: melting (cupola/electric furnace) → fiber forming (four roll centrifuge spinning) → glue application (spraying phenolic resin adhesive, hydrophobic agent) → cotton collection and laying (using pendulum method to ensure uniform density) → solidification molding (high-temperature solidification furnace) → cooling cutting → palletizing and packaging
-Output end: insulation materials such as rock wool board, rock wool felt, rock wool pipe shell, etc., with a density generally ranging from 60-200 kg/m ³
