Product Introduction
The rock wool double-sided aluminum foil laminating machine achieves a strong bond between the aluminum foil and the rock wool substrate through processes such as unwinding, adhesive application, lamination, hot pressing, compaction, traction, and rewinding. The equipment is typically integrated into continuous rock wool board production lines and supports coordinated operation with slitting machines, cross-cutting machines, and stacking systems, forming an integrated process from raw wool felt to finished laminated products.
Core Components Include:
Aluminum Foil Unwinding System: Dual-station design supports roll changes without stopping the machine, ensuring continuous material supply;
Adhesive Application Unit: Uses roller coating or scraper coating methods to evenly apply hot-melt or water-based adhesives;
Hot Press Section: Upper and lower heated rollers apply pressure; temperature is adjustable (typically 120°C–180°C) to activate the adhesive layer’s tackiness;
Compaction Section: Dual-roller compression ensures tight bonding between the aluminum foil and rock wool board, eliminating air bubbles and wrinkles;
Tension Control System: Closed-loop regulation prevents deformation of the rock wool board or stretching and tearing of the aluminum foil.
