Design Principles:
Suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles ≥0.01 mm in size. Solid particles may be granular, crystalline, or fibrous in form, and the unit can also be used for dewatering bulk materials. Widely used in the chemical industry. Smooth startup with an adjustable separation factor. Discharge via a hanging bag, resulting in low labor intensity and high operational efficiency.
The structural design of the RockWool Centrifuge Machine is rational, effectively eliminating hygiene dead zones. Structural transitions are smooth, and surfaces are polished. External structural components, fasteners, and the drum are all manufactured from stainless steel. It complies with the equipment requirements specified in GMP regulations.

3. High aspect ratio and high rotational speed. The drum features a conical structure with multiple angles;
4. Options include heavy-duty, high-ratio cycloidal pinion gears, planetary gears, or hydraulic differential gearboxes;
5. A microcomputer control system that automatically adjusts differential speed and torque based on changes in sludge concentration and flow rate;
6. Horizontal screw sedimentation centrifuges equipped with BD plates can be used for the thickening and dewatering of primary sludge and activated sludge with various ratios, as well as for the separation of difficult-to-separate materials.
